Your phone camera is the scanner

Why OCR alone gets tables wrong
Standard OCR answers one question: which characters are in this picture? A table is more than characters, it is structure. When OCR dumps recognized text line by line, columns collide, amounts detach from their labels, and you spend longer repairing the spreadsheet than retyping it would have taken.
