Bank of Baroda Statement Download: bob World, Baroda Connect and WhatsApp

Bank of Baroda emails the statement you request in bob World and lets net banking export it in Excel, PDF or text. Here is the exact route for each channel, the numbers for a quick mini statement, and what to do when the PDF asks for a password.

On your phone: in bob World, open Request Services (from the More tab or the My bob tab), tap Certificate & Statement, then Account Statement, choose the account and the From and To dates, and submit. The statement arrives at your registered email as a password-protected PDF. On a computer: in Baroda Connect, go to Accounts, then Operative Accounts, click the three dots next to the account, choose Generate Account Statement, search the period and download it as Excel, PDF or TXT.

Request the statement in the bob World app

This is the route on Bank of Baroda’s own site. The statement is emailed rather than downloaded, so make sure your email address is registered first.

  1. Log in to bob World.
  2. Open Request Services: it is on the More tab, and also on the My bob tab of the home screen.
  3. Tap Certificate & Statement, then Account Statement.
  4. Choose the account number, set the From Date and To Date, and tap Submit.
  5. You will see "Email sent successfully"; the statement arrives shortly after at your registered email as a password-protected PDF.

Newer bob World builds also let you download directly: open the Accounts tab, select the account, tap Account Statement, choose the last month or a custom range, and tap Download. Either way the PDF is locked; the Bank of Baroda statement password guide gives the format with worked examples.

Download the statement from Baroda Connect net banking

Net banking is the only Bank of Baroda channel that exports Excel directly.

  1. Log in to Baroda Connect internet banking.
  2. Open the Accounts tab and choose Operative Accounts.
  3. Click the three dots at the right of the account you need.
  4. Choose Generate Account Statement, then click the Search Transactions link.
  5. Enter the date range and any other criteria, click Search, and download with the Excel, PDF or TXT icon, or page through the transactions on screen.

A year at a time is the typical range per request; for older periods, ask your branch.

Periodic e-statements by email

Bank of Baroda sends periodic e-statements to your registered email once the address is on file. The bank’s own instructions are to visit your base branch and provide your email address; once activated, statements arrive at regular intervals (monthly, per most third-party guides). Some newer guides say the address can also be registered in bob World or net banking, so check your profile first before making the trip.

SMS, missed call and WhatsApp for a quick mini statement

These numbers come from a current third-party guide rather than from a page we could load on the bank’s site on the day of writing; if one does not respond, confirm it on Bank of Baroda’s missed-call and WhatsApp banking pages. Your mobile must be registered with the bank for all three.

ATM and branch

The ATM prints a mini statement of the last few transactions: insert your card, enter the PIN and choose Mini Statement. For a statement older than net banking shows, or a stamped copy for a visa or loan, visit the branch with your account number and ID; staff can hand you a physical or a digital copy. Printed statements may carry a charge, so ask before ordering a long period. Online, app and WhatsApp statements are free.
