ICICI Bank Statement Download: iMobile, Internet Banking and Email

ICICI keeps four years of statements online and emails a free monthly PDF once you subscribe. Here is the route through iMobile Pay and internet banking, the SMS and WhatsApp numbers for quick checks, and what a duplicate statement costs.

Quickest on your phone: in iMobile Pay, open My Account, tap Detailed Statement, choose the period and tap View PDF to save or share it. On a computer: log in to internet banking, open Bank Accounts, then e-Statements, then View Detailed Statement, set any date range within the last 4 years and download. The PDF opens with the first 4 letters of your name in lowercase plus your date of birth in DDMM.

Download the statement from iMobile Pay

  1. Open iMobile Pay and log in with your MPIN or biometrics.
  2. Tap My Account (on newer builds: Accounts & FD, then the account, then Statements).
  3. Tap Detailed Statement. The mini statement is on the same screen if you only need the last few transactions.
  4. Choose the period: the current statement, the last statement, a past statement, or a custom date range where offered.
  5. Tap View PDF, then save or share it. Newer builds also offer Email to send it to your registered address.

The app gives you a PDF. If you need the transactions in a spreadsheet, either download from internet banking or convert the PDF with the bank statement converter.

Download the statement from internet banking (up to 4 years)

This is the route on ICICI’s own statements page, and the one to use for long periods.

  1. Log in to ICICI Bank internet banking.
  2. Open Bank Accounts, then e-Statements.
  3. Click View Detailed Statement and select the account.
  4. Set the date range. ICICI lets you go back up to the last 4 years.
  5. Click Proceed and download the statement.

The same statement is also reachable from Account Summary. For periods older than four years, or for a stamped copy, use the duplicate statement request below or your branch.

Subscribe to the free monthly email statement

  1. In internet banking, open the Banking section and choose Account Statement by Email.
  2. Confirm the email address on your profile and subscribe.
  3. The statement then arrives as a password-protected PDF in the first week of every month.

Subscribing discontinues the physical statement; ICICI’s form wording is "I no longer wish to get the physical statement". You can also subscribe with the paper electronic statement request form from ICICI’s form center, submitted at a branch. For joint accounts the statement goes to one holder’s email.

SMS, missed call and WhatsApp: last 3 transactions

None of these produce a period statement. The ATM prints a mini statement of recent transactions.

Duplicate statements, the branch and the charges

For a printed statement, place a Request for Duplicate Statement (Physical Copy) under Accounts in internet banking; it is couriered to your communication address within 5 working days and processed only for periods that contain transactions. ICICI’s 2026 service charges list the duplicate statement at ₹75 per quarter statement (from 20 May 2026, nil for rural accounts), the quarterly physical statement free, and the monthly email statement free. A stamped, signed statement for a visa or loan comes from your home branch.
