Canara Bank Statement Download: ai1, e-Passbook, Net Banking and WhatsApp
Canara puts statements inside the ai1 app under e-Passbook, keeps a separate e-Passbook app, and answers missed calls in English or Hindi. Here is the route for each channel, how far back each goes, and what a duplicate or an old-records request costs at the branch.
Quickest on your phone: open Canara ai1, go to Pay and Transfer, tap e-Passbook, choose a mini statement or set custom dates (from 10 days up to one year) and download the PDF. On a computer: log in at online.canarabank.bank.in, open Accounts, then Account Statement, set the date range and download. No app: give a missed call to 09015734734 (English) or 09015613613 (Hindi) for the last 5 transactions, or message 90760 30001 on WhatsApp.

Download the statement from the Canara ai1 app
Canara’s own FAQ puts the statement under e-Passbook, not under Accounts, which is why people miss it.
- Open Canara ai1 and log in with your MPIN or biometrics.
- Tap Pay and Transfer, then e-Passbook.
- Choose Mini Statement, or set a custom From and To date. Canara offers statements from 10 days up to one year, and custom ranges up to one year.
- Submit, then download the PDF or email it to your registered address.
For only the last few transactions, tap My Banking, then Manage on the account card, then Mini Statement; you can also switch on a pre-login quick view under Profile, then Manage View Balance/Statement. Some ai1 releases list the statement under Accounts or Enquiry Services instead; the e-Passbook route is the one Canara documents. The separate Canara e-Passbook app
Canara also publishes a standalone Canara e-Passbook app (updated October 2025) that mirrors your physical passbook: all accounts, deposits and loans in one place, real-time updates, statement generation for deposit and loan accounts, and offline access. Register with your Customer ID and an OTP sent to your registered mobile, set an MPIN, then open Passbook/Pass sheet, choose the duration, and download, email or share the result. - Log in at online.canarabank.bank.in (Canara moved to the .bank.in domain in 2025; the old canarabank.in login forwards there).
- Open Accounts and choose Account Statement.
- Select the account number and set the date range.
- View the statement or download it as PDF; some layouts also offer Excel or text.
Missed call and WhatsApp: the Canara statement numbers
- Mini statement (last 5 transactions): give a missed call to 09015734734 for English or 09015613613 for Hindi from your registered mobile. The call drops after two rings and the SMS follows. Free.
- Balance: missed call to 8886610360.
- WhatsApp: save 90760 30001, send Hi from your registered mobile, accept the terms and complete the OTP. The menu offers balance enquiry, a mini statement, transaction and statement view, and a statement request sent to your email for current and savings accounts, plus deposit and loan summaries. Free, in English and Hindi, around the clock.
Your mobile number must be registered with Canara for any of these; register at your branch if the services do not respond. Several third-party sites print these numbers with a digit missing, so use the ones above, which come from Canara’s missed-call banking page.
E-statements by email, the NF 993 form, and the charges
To receive statements by email, register your address with the bank. The official route is the Customer Request Form NF 993 from Canara’s Download Center, section 4, where you tick the periodicity: monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annually. The same form requests a pass sheet for a date range or a duplicate. WhatsApp banking can also send a one-off statement to your email, and emailed statements are password protected with the format stated in the email.
Canara’s service charges: the first set of pass sheets each month is free; a duplicate statement is ₹100 + GST with the latest balance, or ₹50 + GST per page of 40 entries when previous entries are included; and an enquiry of old records is free up to 6 months back, ₹100 + GST per request for 6 to 12 months, and ₹250 + GST beyond one year. App, net banking, WhatsApp and missed-call statements carry no charge. The ATM prints a mini statement only.
