How to Download Your Kotak Bank Statement
Kotak puts statements under Statement in the mobile app and under Accounts in net banking, both free and available any time. Here is the route for each, how to get a 6-month or custom-range PDF, and where a stamped copy comes from.
Quickest: in the Kotak Mobile Banking app, log in with your CRN and MPIN, open Statement from the menu or dashboard, tap Consolidated Statement, pick the month and tap View, then download. In net banking, go to Accounts, then Statements, set the date range and download the PDF. Online statements are free.
| Channel | What you get | Period | Password? |

Download the statement from the Kotak Mobile Banking app
This is the route Kotak describes on its own site.
- Open the Kotak Mobile Banking app and log in with your CRN and MPIN (or biometrics).
- Open the Statement section from the main menu or the dashboard.
- Tap Consolidated Statement and choose the month you need.
- Tap View, then download the PDF to your phone.
Newer releases also show the statement under Accounts, then Statement, with a date-range picker instead of a month list; if that is what you see, set the From and To dates and download. Your CRN (Customer Relationship Number) is printed on your debit card and welcome kit; you can also get it by sending CRN by SMS to 9971056767 or 5676788 from your registered mobile.
Download the statement from net banking
- Log in to Kotak net banking with your CRN and password.
- Open Accounts, then Statements (on some layouts: Banking, then Accounts, then Account Statement).
- Select the account and set the date range, for example the last 6 months.
- Choose PDF and click Download, or view and print.
Monthly e-statements by email
Kotak emails a monthly e-statement to your registered email address; the preference can be switched on or off in your profile settings. The PDF is password protected; the covering email states the format in force, which for account statements is normally your CRN.
ATM, branch and stamped statements
- ATM: insert your Kotak card, enter your PIN and choose Mini Statement for the last 5 to 10 transactions.
- Branch: ask for a statement for the period you need and collect the printed copy; charges may apply for printed statements. A bank-stamped statement, which some embassies and lenders insist on, is only issued at the branch, not online.
- Loan statements: statements of account for Kotak loans are in net banking under the loans tab and free to download; requesting one by phone on 1800 4100 carries a charge (Rs 250 plus GST for business loans) and takes about three working days.
Kotak does not currently send account statements over WhatsApp, and there is no SMS keyword that returns a full statement; use the app or net banking instead.
